Send an email to support@platesandbars.com with the gym name, the URL of your listing, and the information you'd like changed. We'll update it promptly.

Where does PlatesAndBars get its data?

Our gym directory is built from multiple sources: direct submissions from gym owners, OpenStreetMap contributor data, and public business directories. We regularly review listings for accuracy.

How long does it take for my gym to appear?

Submitted gyms are reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your listing will appear immediately in search results and browse pages.

Can I feature or promote my gym listing?

Currently, all listings are treated equally. We don't offer paid placement or featured listings. Every gym gets the same visibility based on search relevance and filters.
