What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity functional fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. What to Expect

A typical CrossFit class lasts about an hour and follows a structured format: a warm-up, skill or strength work, the WOD (the main workout), and a cool-down.
